Milan: Versus

With such a powerful partnership, we expect nothing but good things from Donatella Versace and Christopher Kane. Sure enough, despite this being the 3rd collection they've done together, it was spot on.

Milan: Alberta Ferretti

I adore this tantalizingly beautiful, feminine collection by Alberta Ferretti. The appliquéd lace, delicate floral's, draped chiffon and lightweight knitwear make this collection a hit.

LFW: Day 4, Christopher Kane.

Using the royal 'good girl gone bad' Princess Margaret as his muse, Christopher Kane once again produced a collection so outstanding, that no body could stop talking about it. Neon brights, pleather and embellishment aren't exactly things you would associate with a royal, but the mid length skirts and dresses, two piece suits and matching cardi's however, are. A high level of sophistication was bought to this collection despite the outlandish colour and detail. But that's Kane all over. He takes a basic idea, and turns it into something desirable.

LFW: Day 4, Erdem.

The most beautiful white appliquéd lace, harlequin patterns, and poppy prints were at the helm of Erdem's Spring/Summer collection in London yesterday. Inspired by Diaghilev and the Golden Age of the Ballets Russes, 1909-1929 (the exhibition opens at the V&A this month) Erdem once again proved he is the designer to watch. The intricacy of his work is what's so fascinating to me, and I'm sure to many others too. Of course the dresses were accompanied by some amazing ballet shoes designed by Nicolas Kirkwood. Everything about this collection was just right. It worked, and there wasn't a single piece out of place.

LFW: Street Style 2011

It was a great day for style at Somerset House today. Not only did I see some extremely chic people, but some celebrities too. Amongst these photos you will see Marina & the Diamonds and Nicola Roberts. I also saw Roisin Murphy and the woman from the Noisettes (i forget her name) anyway, they all looked so good. Although, I didn't actually realise i was taking a picture of Marina & the diamonds until mid way through the photo. Embarrassing.

LFW: Day 3

Hello Alexa Chung'a wardrobe...

Antonio Berardi

Sublime 1950s shapes, femininity and general cuteness. I love.

Julien MacDonald

Mary Katrantzou

Picture perfect. Literally. Katrantzou gave us trompe l'oeil scenic prints and graphic shapes. "I wanted to put the room on the model, rather than the model in the room" Katranzou said of this collection. She certainly succeeded.
