Resort 2011 Part 3.

Louis Vuitton

Continuing on with the retro look he presented for Autumn/ Winter, Marc Jacobs gave us florals, nipped in waists and a nod to the seventies pussy bow blouses and floppy hats - making this collection a plethora of era's. I really liked this collection, which is nothing out of the ordinary when discussing Marc Jacob's work. A perfect holiday wardrobe.

Gucci

Classic Gucci.

Marc Jacobs

As this collection would show, even Marc Jacobs is no exception to the sixties retro euphoria that has swarmed the catwalks this year, and i love that. In fact, i would be perfectly happy to see the trend all year round. I love the subtlety of this collection, the block maroon, mustard, and white compliment each other so well. Its ladylike in every sense of the word.

Yves Saint Laurent

I was pleasantly surprised to see Stefano Pilati interject some colour (finally) into this collection. Again, opting for the retro theme, he incorporated ladylike chic, with brights, prints and monochrome for a stylish, sexy look.

Proenza Schouler

There are actually no words to describe how much i love this collection, with its oozing 'New York cool' look.
