Paris Fashion Week.

Giles Deacon

I am officially declaring my love for Giles Deacon. Not only has he chosen one of my favourite eras as his theme, but also colour, print and the cutest dresses ever. There wasn't one piece in this collection i wouldnt wear. It was all so ladylike and chic and reminds me of wandering through Paris by the Eiffel Tower in the summer months...which i  have done in the past - the only thing missing being one of these beautiful dresses, which one day i will have enough money to own...

Balenciaga

Nicolas Ghesquiere took a step into the future with this latest collection for Balenciaga. I would love to see what his house looks like...i envision clean white spaces with with lots of geometric art, and robots cleaning his house...okay i took it a step too far. But anyway, back to the collection, it was clean and very techno in its look. Apparently sleeping bags and biscuits was Ghesquiere's inspirations for this collection...who would've thought it? I liked the graphic prints and rather amazing plastic, block heeled brogues. The entire collection just oozed cool. Another success for Nicolas Ghesquiere.
